The VOTE Collection

Introducing my newest collection of tanks, tees & sweatshirts featuring my original, hand drawn ‘Woman’ and ‘Shiva’ designs and the stories they tell.

One hundred years ago, on August 26, 1920, the 19th amendment granting women the right to vote was ratified and signed into the constitution. But at the polls that right would only extend to white women. Most black and brown women would have to wait another fifty years when the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was passed before they too would be able to exercise their right to vote.

This collection is an offering of hope and a call-to-action to raise our voices, be heard and VOTE in honor of all of those lost and affected by gun violence and police brutality, the Black Lives Matter, Me Too, and LGBTQ+ Movements and in celebration of the 57th anniversary of the March on Washington where Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech.

It is my hope that by wearing one of the tanks, tees, or sweatshirts from this collection, you will inspire and lead others to take action and VOTE!
